1. Definitions

• "EverrCAD" or "the Service" refers to the EverrCAD engineering design platform at everrcad.com, including web modules and desktop applications we provide (such as Draw2D 2026).
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
• "Content" refers to any designs, drawings, diagrams, scripts, files, or other materials created by you using EverrCAD.
• "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to EVERRISE ENGINERING, 7/19-B, Keeranatham Post, Keeranatham, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641035, India (GSTIN: 33AABFE5994Q1ZS, PAN: AABFE5994Q). EverrCAD is a product of EVERRISE ENGINERING.

2. Account Registration

• You must create an account to use EverrCAD. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Each account may be used on up to three devices at a time. You can sign a device out from account settings.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service Description

EverrCAD provides professional engineering design tools, research-stage modules, and educational modules, as follows:

• Professional design: AutoSLD; Draw2D on the web and Draw2D 2026 on the desktop; Control; EverrCircuit (schematic, simulation, and PCB); Draw3D on the web and desktop.
• Research-stage: ECFD (EverrCAD’s CFD); ChipFLOW (OpenROAD-class flows available; EverrCAD’s own place-and-route in research).
• Educational: Learn Mode; SimLAB.

4. Free Tier and Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Tier

• EverrCAD offers a free tier providing 30 minutes of daily usage.
• The daily usage timer resets at midnight (Indian Standard Time, IST).
• Unused free time does not carry over to subsequent days.
• No credit card is required for the free tier.

4.2 Paid Subscription

• EverrCAD offers multiple paid plans (prices shown in INR and inclusive of 18% GST): Pro (₹1,999/month), Day Pass (₹499/day), EverrCAD Perpetual (₹49,999 one-time), À La Carte modules (₹999/module/month), and individual desktop lifetime licenses (₹19,999 each) while the founding offer is open. Verified students may apply for 40% off Pro (₹1,199/month).
• Paid plans provide longer or unlimited access depending on the plan selected. See the Pricing page for the latest plan details.
• Payment is processed through Razorpay. A GST tax invoice is emailed to you after payment and is also available in your account.
• Paid access is granted as a one-time payment for a fixed period (or a perpetual licence). It does not auto-renew. You buy again when that period ends if you want to continue on a paid plan.
• Prices may be updated with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

• You retain full ownership of all Content you create using EverrCAD, including designs, drawings, SLD diagrams, circuit designs, and SimLAB scripts.
• By using EverrCAD, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• We do not claim any ownership rights over your Content.
• We do not use your Content for AI training, marketing, or any purpose other than providing the Service.

5.2 EverrCAD Intellectual Property

• The EverrCAD platform, including its software, design, user interface, algorithms, documentation, and branding, is owned by EverrCAD and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the EverrCAD platform.
• The EverrCAD name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of EverrCAD.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use EverrCAD for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent the free tier time limitations through technical means
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the free tier
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service (except authorized AI crawlers for indexing)
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to EverrCAD
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of EverrCAD is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain EverrCAD's availability 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9. File Formats and Compatibility

• EverrCAD uses a native .eve file format for saving projects.
• Draw2D on the web imports DXF and DWG, and exports DXF, PDF, SVG, and .eve. DWG files are decoded on EverrCAD servers using GNU LibreDWG. The web application does not export DWG.
• Draw2D 2026 (desktop) imports and exports DXF using Draw2D’s own writer and reader. DWG files are converted with GNU LibreDWG’s dwg2dxf and dxf2dwg programs, which Draw2D runs as separate processes. Draw2D does not link LibreDWG.
• LibreDWG is free software licensed under the GNU General Public License v3 or later. Draw2D 2026 ships those converters with their licence texts and corresponding source, as required when distributing LibreDWG.
• AutoCAD and DWG are trademarks of Autodesk, Inc. EverrCAD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Autodesk. Those names describe file formats only.
• We do not guarantee that every DWG or DXF entity, version, or third-party CAD file will import or export identically. Review converted drawings before using them in production.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Professional design tools. AutoSLD, Draw2D (web and Draw2D 2026 desktop), Control, EverrCircuit (schematic capture, circuit simulation, and PCB layout including Gerber export), and Draw3D (web and desktop) are professional engineering design tools. You remain responsible for checking your own work against applicable codes, manufacturing constraints, and project requirements before you use it in the field or send it to fabrication.
• User-authored CAD. Draw2D, Draw3D, Control, and AutoSLD record and display what you draw. EverrCAD does not analyse, certify, stamp, or independently verify those drawings or models. What you create is what you get.
• EverrCircuit. Schematic simulation (modified nodal analysis) and the PCB editor are working professional features of the Service. Simulation results and generated board files still need to be checked against your design intent, parts, and fabricator rules before you manufacture hardware.
• Research-stage modules. ECFD (EverrCAD’s CFD) is in research. Typical agreement with reference cases is on the order of 80% and results are not validated to a certified CFD or laboratory standard. ChipFLOW can feed OpenROAD-class flows; EverrCAD’s own place-and-route is in research. Do not treat ECFD or ChipFLOW output as a substitute for validated analysis or a production tape-out.
• Educational modules. Learn Mode and SimLAB are educational. They are for teaching and practice, not for certified professional sign-off.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EverrCAD harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create or share through the Service

12. Account Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately.
• We will retain your data for 30 days after account termination to allow for recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted.

13. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website.
• Continued use of EverrCAD after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you disagree with updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of EverrCAD shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
